ABOUT ATTORNEY BYERS
A native of Lowell, Massachusetts, Richard Byers has been practicing law since 1995. He received a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Subsequently, he earned his JD from
Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
Attorney Byers has been a sole practitioner specializing in the field of Real Estate since 1999.
Richard currently serves on the board of the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission and previously held the position of Chairman for four years. In addition, he was a member of the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals for twelve years. Also, Richard was a founding member of the North Andover Housing Partnership Committee.

In addition to Richard's legal practice, he has also been an Adjunct Professor teaching
Real Estate at Endicott College since 2017.
